LOADED Agent Terms

You are not LOADED

Agents are independent promoters. You are not an employee, partner, or representative of Zencode Consulting Inc. or LOADED. You have no authority to bind Zencode or LOADED. Do not impersonate another Agent or claim a title we did not give you.

LOADED is not a financial institution

Do not claim LOADED is a bank, investment adviser, lender, broker, credit bureau, or financial institution. Do not give financial advice, make guarantees, or invent product claims. Do not fabricate LOADED verification screens.

Never touch credentials

Do not handle, request, store, or watch a customer enter bank credentials, wallet seed phrases, recovery phrases, or passwords. You introduce people to LOADED. They connect their own money.

Say you get a cut

Where the relationship would not otherwise be apparent, disclose that you may receive compensation if someone joins. This is enough: LOADED Agent · I get a cut if you join.

How you get paid

THE LOADED NETWORK pays a one-time acquisition bounty for a qualifying paid membership: RESERVE $50, BLACK $150, with upgrade-delta during a 60-day window. There are no downlines, recruitment rewards, review incentives, or recurring commissions. We do not pay for star ratings or positive reviews.

Conduct

No spam, deception, impersonation, self-referral, or abusive acquisition tactics. We may suspend or close an Agent, hold or reverse bounties, and refuse payouts for fraud, refunds, chargebacks, or terms violations.
