Delete Account

Deleting your LOADED account permanently removes your account and associated personal and financial data from active LOADED systems.

In the app

Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete LOADED Account

Without the app

You do not need LOADED installed. Submit a deletion request below, or email privacy@zencode.ca.

What happens

Active financial connections are revoked where supported; stored connection credentials, financial values, profile information and public verification records are deleted or invalidated. Data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days. Limited records may be retained where legally required.

To keep your LOADED account and delete selected data instead, use loaded.cash/delete-data.
