Delete Data

You can delete selected data without deleting your LOADED account. This page works if you no longer have the app installed.

You may request deletion of

• a connected bank or brokerage source and its retained financial data
• a connected crypto wallet and its retained values
• a property and associated valuation data
• public verification links and snapshots
• public profile information

In the app

Settings → Privacy & Data

Connected institutions, wallets, property, public proofs, and public profile each have a server-side delete action. Your account stays.

Without the app

Submit a deletion request below, or email privacy@zencode.ca.

What happens

After we confirm identity, the selected sources and records are removed from active LOADED systems. Provider connections are revoked where supported. Public links are invalidated. Your LOADED account remains unless you also request account deletion.

Data may remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days. Limited records may be retained where legally required.

To delete the entire LOADED account, use loaded.cash/delete.
